Feelings are hard! Add on top of that a mental illness - affecting 1 in 5 adults every year - and they can feel damn near impossible. This bracelet is here to help with 20% of sales donated to The Loveland Foundation, supporting their work to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls.

Founded by academic, writer and lecturer Rachel Cargle, The Loveland Foundation, through their Therapy Fund, provides financial assistance for therapy sessions for Black women and girls through partnerships with Therapy for Black Girls, National Queer & Trans Therapists of Color Network, Talkspace and Open Path Collective. Due to the prevalent and ingrained stigma surrounding mental health in many communities, and the fact that the vast majority of therapists in this country are white, it is often difficult for Black women and girls to access therapy and mental health services when they need it.
