How long does it take my kit to ship after I’ve placed my order?

Our team is packaging and shipping orders Monday through Friday. You can expect your order to ship within five business days of purchase. 

*Note that orders with custom kits take additional time for our team to prep, so expect those to take 8-10 business days to ship.

I want to purchase multiple kits as gifts to be shipped to different addresses.

That’s awesome! Thanks for thinking of us for your gifting. We ask that you please submit a different online order for each address you’d like your kits to ship to. This helps our team tremendously as we work to get your orders out as quickly as we can!

Is there a way to request extra beads when ordering to accommodate for a larger wrist size?

Yes! Just write us a note in the gift message section on the order and we’ll include an add-on bead pack at no additional charge.

*Also, all of our adult kits now come with 15 inch elastic string (previously 12 inches) to better accommodate all wrist sizes.

I have some of the kit supplies (e.g. clear nail polish, instructions postcard) from ordering a previous kit. Is there a way to request these be omitted from my new order?

Thanks for being so thoughtful! We would be happy to omit any item you don’t need on your subsequent kit orders. Just write us a note in the gift message section on the order.

Do you offer an option to buy kits in bulk (10+ kits)?

If you’re interested in ordering kits in bulk for a group (or maybe you’re just really crafty?) reach out to our team at help@larissaloden.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Do you offer any discounts for buying multiple kits at once?

At the moment, we offer special tiered pricing on our kids kits only. This offer is applied at checkout when you put two or more kids kits in your cart. 

I want to order a previous kit style/phrase that I don’t see listed on your website.

Some of our kit phrases were limited runs. If you don’t see it listed on our website, it is sold out - BUT we may be able to accommodate a special order based on availability of supplies. Email us at help@larissaloden.com with the style/phrase you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do!
