Shipping

USPS Priority or First Class shipping within U.S. - $3.50 flat rate, all domestic orders over $50 ship for free.

USPS International outside the U.S. & Canada - $10.00 Flat Rate

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within 24-72 hours of your order.  Your items will be protected throughout shipment as they will arrive in a small 100% recycled cardboard box.

We include one free Larissa Loden Jewelry bag with every order! Items are shipped with a packing slip and no pricing information, always gift ready. If you would like to leave a special message in your order or require an LLJ recycled jewelry box contact us with your order # and instructions and we would be more than happy to accommodate. 

Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Paypal.

Returns

If your online order does not meet your expectations you may return for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt. Items returned after two weeks of receipt will receive store credit only. Please note that clearance and custom items are final sale. Items are not eligible for returns after one month of receipt.  Please contact us through our contact page here with your order # and names of items you wish to return.

Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging or they will not be eligible for a full refund. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we have received the return shipment less the cost of your our original shipping charges.

Credit card returns usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any items purchased within one month of receipt. Please contact us with your order # and the items you’d like to exchange. Items exchanged for a lesser value will qualify for a refund to your original form of payment for the remaining amount.

Repairs

You’re in luck! We offer repairs on any Larissa Loden product purchased through us or any of our authorized retailers. Any manufacturing flaw, broken clasp, chain, wire wrapping or jump ring issue is fixed free of charge. You are responsible for shipping the item to us and we will cover return shipping.

Any broken chipped or damaged gemstone requires a flat fee of $7.50 for replacement.

Repairs must be authorized by Larissa Loden before being shipped to our studio. Please contact us with the following information: item description, repair issue, a photo of the damage, and your desired return shipping address.

We try our best to repair any item made by our studio, some older items may require components that are no longer in stock or discontinued and will not be eligible for a repair.

Repairs are typically completed and shipped out within 1 week of receipt of the item.

What materials are used?

All of our jewelry is made by hand in Minneapolis, MN. The materials we use are brass and brass plated chains, all nickel-free. We use gold filled chain in some of our designs, those will be noted in the item description. Our ear wires are either gold filled or brass, all options are nickel free and naturally hypo-allergenic. We use natural gemstones and brass components. Brass will naturally darken or patina over time.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To extend the life of your precious new purchase here's a few tips and tricks:

Our jewelry is made of brass, which will naturally darken/patina over time. We like both ways, but if you want to bring it back to it’s shiniest self you can polish it with a silver cloth or polishing pad. Don’t be puttin’ any chemicals on it.

To keep it from darkening, avoid things like wearing it while skinny dipping in the lake, rubbing it down with lotion or sweating all over it at the gym. If you do one or all of these things see above tip for how to deal.

In general, don’t throw it at the bottom of your purse or drop it on a hard floor. Treat it like it’s special and loved, and it will love you back for a long time to come.  

Lost an earring?

Hey… it happens. We offer replacement pairs at half the cost of the original purchase price.  Contact us with the item you are looking to replace and we will send you an invoice for the desired piece.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an item different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive the wrong item we will ship a replacement.  

What do I do if my item was damaged in shipment?

We replace any item that arrived damaged! Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive the damaged item we will ship a replacement.  

How can I redeem a gift card?

Gift Cards are redeemable at check out. Each Gift Card contains a unique code that you will enter at payment.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are available for purchase in our studio or online. You will receive a digital copy of your gift card upon receipt of your order.
