Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Saint Paul based team of movers and shakers. This entry-level position supports the Sales & Marketing Team by driving sales and offering exceptional customer service at the Larissa Loden retail shop, as well as at pop-ups and events across the Twin Cities. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, offering styling tips and suggestions, ringing sales, monitoring stock levels and representing the brand in all aspects of in-person sales & service. The Sales Assistant will independently staff the retail shop, as well as set up, staff and tear down pop-ups and events, with support from fellow Sales Assistants and the Sales & Marketing Manager.

The role will also support the Sales & Marketing team in administrative tasks and projects such as customer service emails, processing returns/exchanges, facilitating repairs and custom orders, pulling data reports, updating product listings on our digital sales channels, and packaging products for both the retail and wholesale sides of our business.

This position is:

  • Part-time (non-exempt)
  • Paid hourly (starting range of $15-$20/hr)
  • 3-5 days a week - 20-30/hrs per week - with the possibility of more hours during the upcoming holiday season 
  • In-person - primarily at our Saint Paul retail shop & offices, but also at external pop-ups or events across the Twin Cities. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
