We close appointments 24 hours in advance, but walk-ins are welcome if you're looking for a same day zap! As a walk-in, appointments receive priority, but we'll get you in as soon as possible!

You may cancel your appointment at any time. Please email hello@larissaloden.com or call the studio to change/cancel your appointment, so we can staff accordingly.

We’ll do our best to make sure all chain options are available for all, always; however, there is a small chance you’ll have to choose your second fave chain option. Worst case, we can reschedule your appointment!

Absolutely! For groups of 5+, please fill out this form and we'll chat to get you and your crew in for a group zap!

If you and 1-2 friends want to zap together, book HERE! We have one machine to make your jewelry permanent, but you can hang out together while taking turns getting zapped!

Minimum age to get zapped is 13. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a consenting adult 18+ (to sign liability waiver). Sorry, we cannot zap children under 13 years of age.

Nope! Reach out to the business who originally zapped you about adjustments to their chains — our tools and processes work best on our own chains, jump rings, and welding equipment.

If you ever need to remove your bracelet, anklet, or necklace for any reason, you can use scissors or a wire cutter and snap the chain next to the jumpring (the circular piece that was welded to attach both chain ends).

As it is a custom piece, we do not offer returns on these styles. Feel free to contact our team if you have any questions or concerns.
