Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Yep! All our jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive ears.
What materials do you use?
We use designer-quality metals like heavy-plated brass, sterling silver, and the occasional PVD finish. Our chains are usually gold-filled or sterling silver, and all our products are built to last—not fade or fall apart.
Do you make custom jewelry or products?
We sure do! We offer private label and custom design services for enamel studs, hair claws, and hats. Minimums apply, and we’ll guide you through the process from concept to finished product. Learn more about custom + private label →
How is your jewelry packaged?
Jewelry is shipped retail-ready with branded packaging that makes it easy to display and even easier to gift. Want to customize packaging? Let’s talk.
ORDERING + FULFILLMENT
How do I place a wholesale order? All of our wholesale orders are processed through Faire. You can shop our line and place orders directly through our Faire storefront.
Not on Faire yet? No worries! You can sign up here to get started. Retailers qualify for special perks like 50% off your first order (up to $150 ) and free shipping for a year through Faire Direct.
What’s your order minimum?
$150 for opening orders. $100 for reorders.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 4–7 business days. During the holiday season, fulfillment times may be slightly longer—thanks for your patience while we pack all the things.
Can I update or cancel my order?
We move quickly, so if you need to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us a message on Faire or emailing us at sales@larissaloden.com.
Will I get a confirmation?
You’ll get an order confirmation right away, and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING, DAMAGES + PICKUP
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship out of our HQ in St. Paul, Minnesota.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier preference.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do! If you're a local stockist, just DM us on Faire or send an email to sales@larissaloden.com. We’ll set your order up for pickup and let you know as soon as it’s ready.
What if something arrives damaged?
For any issues with your order (damages, missing items, etc.), you can message us directly through Faire or email sales@larissaloden.com within 14 days. We’ll make it right!
